The Shelley Russets softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Minico Spartans to 13 in the Russets non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Shelley improves its record to 4-17 on the year. The Russets host Minico (Rupert, ID) to confront the Spartans in a non-league bout on Monday, May 2. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-16. Minico lost 15-12 in their recent league bout against Wood River (Hailey, ID)
