The Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA) softball routed the visiting Panorama Pythons (Panorama City, CA), 15-0 in Monday's league bout.

The Spartans (9-12) will now prepare for their bout against Reseda (Reseda, CA). The Regents go into the Valley Mission bout with a 3-12 record. In their last bout, Reseda was routed by San Fernando (San Fernando, CA), 18-0, in a league bout.

The Pythons now possess a 3-11 record. They play next when they travel to Van Nuys for a Valley Mission bout on Wednesday, May 4.
