The Bainbridge Spartans baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Kingston Buccaneers to 1 in the Spartans league victory on Tuesday.
The Spartans (16-2) will now prepare for their match against North Kitsap (Poulsbo, WA). The Vikings go into the 2A Olympic match with a 9-5 record. In their last match, North Kitsap was overwhelmed by Bremerton (Bremerton, WA), 4-3, in a league match.
The Buccaneers (2-11) will now prepare for their match against North Mason (Belfair, WA). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Olympic match with a 1-15 record. In their last match, North Mason was overwhelmed by Bainbridge (Bainbridge Island, WA), 11-1, in a league match.
