The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Wellesley Raiders (Wellesley, MA) and the visiting Braintree Wamps (Braintree, MA), saw Wellesley's volleyball squad beat Braintree by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Wellesley upgrades its record to 2-7 on the year. The Raiders travel to Newton North (Newtonville, MA) to play the Tigers in a Bay State bout on Thursday, May 4. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Newton North won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Winchester (Winchester, MA)

The Wamps now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Needham for a Bay State bout on Thursday, May 4. Braintree will play a Rockets squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over St. John's Prep (Danvers, MA). The Rockets record now stands at 11-0.
