The Whitney Point Eagles lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the visiting Chenango Valley Warriors to 0 in the Eagles league win on Tuesday.
The Eagles (9-3) will now prepare for their game against Vestal (Vestal, NY). The Golden Bears go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Vestal was overwhelmed by Ithaca (Ithaca, NY), 15-5, in a league game.
The Warriors (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Johnson City (Johnson City, NY). The Wildcats go into the Section 4 STAC - Central game with a 2-8 record. In their last game, Johnson City was overwhelmed by Horseheads (Horseheads, NY), 19-6, in a league game.
