The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC) and the visiting A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), saw West Cabarrus's soccer squad get by A.L. Brown by a margin of 2-1.
The Wolverines now sport a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Mooresville for a Greater Metro 4A test on Friday, May 5. West Cabarrus will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, A.L. Brown drops to 7-10 on the season. The Wonders host Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC) to encounter the Wildcats in a Greater Metro 4A test on Wednesday, May 3. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 8-5. Lake Norman won 2-1 in their recent league test against Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC)
