North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Porter Ridge drops to Weddington

The Porter Ridge Pirates lacrosse squad (Indian Trail, NC), was overwhelmed 19-6 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Weddington Warriors (Matthews, NC)

Coming up next, the Warriors confront the T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, May 5. Weddington will attempt to improve on its 13-7 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 14-4 record after their 17-3 league win over Watauga (Boone, NC).

The Pirates now sport a 6-11 record.
