Cashmere Bulldogs (Cashmere, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Cascade Kodiaks (Leavenworth, WA), 20-4 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kittitas for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 4. Cashmere will battle a Coyotes squad coming off a 12-6 non-league win over Tri-Cities Prep (Pasco, WA). The Coyotes record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Cascade falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Kodiaks travel to Quincy (Quincy, WA) to battle the Jackrabbits in a 1A Caribou Trail challenge on Thursday, May 11. The Jackrabbits enter the challenge with a record of 11-7.
