The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL) and the host Clinton Maroons (Clinton, IL), saw Central A & M's softball squad achieve victory over Clinton by a count of 11-2.

The Raiders now sport a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they host Tuscola for a Central Illinois match on Thursday, May 4. Central A & M will face a Warriors squad coming off a 23-4 league win over St. Teresa (Decatur, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 12-9.

With the loss, Clinton falls to 6-20 on the campaign. The Maroons travel to St. Teresa (Decatur, IL) to face the Bulldogs in a Private School match on Thursday, May 4. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 2-17. St. Teresa lost 23-4 in their recent league match against Tuscola (Tuscola, IL)
