The Pisgah Bears softball team scored 20 runs and limited the visiting East Henderson Eagles to 0 in the Bears league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Pisgah improves its record to 11-8 on the year. The Bears travel to North Henderson (Hendersonville, NC) to clash with the Knights in a Mountain Seven 3A game on Thursday, May 4. The Knights come into the game with a record of 7-9. North Henderson won 17-8 in their recent league game against East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC)
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Smoky Mountain Mustangs (Sylva, NC) in a Mountain Seven 3A game, on Thursday, May 4. East Henderson will attempt to improve on its 4-17 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 2-16 record after their 17-4 league loss to Tuscola (Waynesville, NC).
