The Pulaski County Cougars (Dublin, VA) softball routed the host Hidden Valley Titans (Roanoke, VA), 13-8 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Cougars (10-7) will now prepare for their bout against Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA). The Bruins go into the River Ridge bout with a 11-5 record. In their last bout, Blacksburg held off Salem (Salem, VA), 16-0, in a league bout.

The Titans now possess a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Northside for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 4. Hidden Valley will confront a Vikings squad coming off a 6-4 league loss to Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 8-7.
