In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Laughlin Cougars softball team scored a nice 19-3 win over the Sandy Valley Sidewinders.
Coming up next, the Cougars encounter the Lincoln County Lynx (Panaca, NV) in a 2A- Southern contest, on Friday, May 5. Laughlin will attempt to move on its 11-11 season record. The Lynx come into the contest with a 15-8 record after their 13-1 non-league loss to Virgin Valley (Mesquite, NV).
In their next game, the Sidewinders play the Pahranagat Valley Panthers (Alamo, NV) in a 1A Southern contest, on Friday, May 5. Sandy Valley will attempt to move on its 1-14 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 15-5 record after their 22-12 non-league win over Lake Mead Academy (Henderson, NV).
