Queensbury Spartans (Queensbury, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Schuylerville Horses (Schuylerville, NY), 10-7 in a league challenge.

The Spartans now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host South Glens Falls for a Section 2 Foothills challenge on Thursday, May 4.

With the loss, Schuylerville falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The Horses travel to Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY) to battle the Indians in a Section 2 Foothills challenge on Thursday, May 4.
