The Lincoln-Way Central Knights baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Stagg Chargers to 2 in the Knights league victory on Thursday.
The Knights (16-6) will now prepare for their match against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Warriors go into the Southwest Suburban - Red match with a 23-0 record. In their last match, Lincoln-Way West edged Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL), 2-1, in a non-league match.
The Chargers (11-13) will now prepare for their match against Reavis (Burbank, IL). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 20-4 record. In their last match, Reavis edged Shepard (Palos Heights, IL), 14-4, in a league match.
