In Thursday's league contest, the New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT) volleyball squad nudged the host Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Rams face the Greenwich Cardinals (Greenwich, CT) in a Fairfield County contest, on Saturday, May 4. New Canaan will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record.

With the loss, Ridgefield moves to 10-1 on the year. The Tigers travel to Bridgeport Central (Bridgeport, CT) to face the Hilltoppers in a Fairfield County contest on Friday, May 3. The Hilltoppers go into the contest with a record of 7-6. Bridgeport Central won 3-1 in their recent league contest against St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT)
