The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Niles North Vikings (Skokie, IL) and the host Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL), saw Niles North's volleyball squad beat Niles West by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Niles North upgrades its record to 23-6 on the year. The Vikings travel to Maine East (Park Ridge, IL) to play the Blue Demons in a Central Suburban North bout on Tuesday, May 7. The Blue Demons go into the bout with a record of 11-17. Maine East lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Evanston (Evanston, IL)

The Wolves now own a 10-12 record. They play next when they travel to Stevenson for a non-league bout on Friday, May 3. Niles West will play a Patriots squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Zion-Benton (Zion, IL). The Patriots record now stands at 21-6.
