The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Mount Anthony Patriots (Bennington, VT) and the host Rutland Raiders (Rutland, VT), saw Mount Anthony's lacrosse team top Rutland by a margin of 19-7.

The Patriots (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pittsfield (Pittsfield, MA). The Generals enter the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

The Raiders (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Mansfield (Jericho, VT). The Cougars enter the Division I challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Mansfield was overwhelmed by Bellows Free Academy (St. Albans, VT), 20-12, in a non-league challenge.
