Brandywine Bobcats (Niles, MI) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Berrien Springs Shamrocks (Berrien Springs, MI), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bobcats confront the Buchanan Bucks (Buchanan, MI) in a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph challenge, on Wednesday, May 8. Brandywine will attempt to better on its 2-9 season record.

The Shamrocks now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Buffalo for a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph challenge on Friday, May 3. Berrien Springs will confront a Bison team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Michigan Lutheran (St. Joseph, MI). The Bison record now stands at 1-5.
