The Currituck County Knights smashed the host Northeastern Eagles soccer squad by a margin of 9-0 in Thursday's league match.
The Knights now sport a 14-5 record. They take the field next when they host First Flight for a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A contest on Monday, May 6. Currituck County will face a Nighthawks team coming off a 9-0 league win over Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 10-8.
The Eagles now have a 4-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pasquotank County for a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A contest on Monday, May 6. Northeastern will face a Panthers team coming off a 9-0 league loss to First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 1-12.
