The Jonesboro Hurricane soccer team scored 12 points and limited the visiting Little Rock Southwest Gryphons to 0 in the Hurricane league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Hurricane face the Fayetteville Bulldogs (Fayetteville, AR) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, May 9. Jonesboro will attempt to better on its 8-12 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 7-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Rogers Heritage (Rogers, AR).
The Gryphons now have a 0-19 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mills University Studies for a non-league contest on Monday, May 6. Little Rock Southwest will face a Comets team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Crossett (Crossett, AR). The Comets record now stands at 0-12.
