The Truckee Wolverines baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Elko Indians to 4 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Thursday.
The Wolverines (15-3) will now prepare for their match against Churchill County (Fallon, NV). The Greenwave go into the non-league match with a 12-8 record. In their last match, Churchill County was overwhelmed by Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV), 12-11, in a non-league match.
The Indians (10-15) will now prepare for their match against Fernley (Fernley, NV). The Vaqueros go into the non-league match with a 7-18 record. In their last match, Fernley edged Dayton (Dayton, NV), 9-5, in a non-league match.
