In Thursday's non-league game, the host Indian River Braves baseball team scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Oscar Smith Tigers.
The Braves (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Norview (Norfolk, VA). The Pilots go into the non-league game with a 2-5 record.
The Tigers (1-11) will now prepare for their game against Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA). The Bruins go into the non-league game with a 9-1 record. In their last game, Western Branch was overwhelmed by Hickory (Chesapeake, VA), 12-8, in a non-league game.
