The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA) and the visiting Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA), saw Albemarle's soccer squad knock off Goochland by a count of 2-0.

The Patriots now hold a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Monticello for a non-league test on Monday, May 6. Albemarle will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Goochland drops to 5-4 on the season. The Bulldogs host Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA) to meet the Warriors in a test on Monday, May 6. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 10-0. Western Albemarle won 9-1 in their recent non-league test against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA)
