Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Chariho drops to Cumberland

In Thursday's league test, the host Cumberland Clippers lacrosse squad scored a good 14-6 victory over the Chariho Chargers.
The Clippers now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Coventry for a Division 2 test on Monday, May 6. Cumberland will face a Oakers squad coming off a 15-7 league loss to Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Oakers record now stands at 0-9.
In their next game, the Chargers face the Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI) in a Division 2 test, on Tuesday, May 7. Chariho will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Islanders come into the test with a 2-8 record after their 10-4 league loss to Prout (Wakefield, RI).
