In Thursday's non-league contest, the Tri-County RVT Cougars (Franklin, MA) softball team overwhelmed the host Blackstone-Millville Chargers (Blackstone, MA), by a margin of 15-2.
With the triumph, Tri-County RVT moves its record to 8-2 on the year. The Cougars host Diman RVT (Fall River, MA) to play the Bengals in a Mayflower - Large contest on Tuesday, May 7. The Bengals come into the contest with a record of 7-3. Diman RVT won 19-9 in their recent league contest against Blue Hills RVT (Canton, MA)
In their next game, the Chargers play the Nipmuc Regional Warriors (Upton, MA) in a Dual Valley contest, on Monday, May 6. Blackstone-Millville will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Warriors come into the contest with a 11-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over St. Paul (Worcester, MA).
