Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Notre Dame Jugglers (Utica, NY) and the visiting Central Valley Academy Thunder (Ilion, NY), witnessed Notre Dame's softball squad prevail over Central Valley Academy by a count of 10-0.

The Jugglers now sport a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Whitesboro for a Section 3 Tri-Valley match on Friday, May 3. Notre Dame will face a Warriors squad coming off a 22-2 league win over Proctor (Utica, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, Central Valley Academy moves to 6-2 on the season. The Thunder host Herkimer (Herkimer, NY) to face the Magicians in a non-league match on Friday, May 3. The Magicians go into the match with a record of 8-3. Herkimer won 13-0 in their recent league match against Adirondack (Boonville, NY)
