Elizabethtown Panthers (Elizabethtown, KY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host North Hardin Trojans (Radcliff, KY), 11-1 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 24-4 record. They take the field next when they host Oldham County for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 6. Elizabethtown will battle a Colonels squad coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Floyd Central (Floyds Knobs, IN). The Colonels record now stands at 15-8.

With the loss, North Hardin falls to 9-14 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to John Hardin (Elizabethtown, KY) to battle the Bulldogs in a District 17 challenge on Monday, May 6. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 8-14. John Hardin won 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Caverna (Horse Cave, KY)
