The Forest Grove Vikings softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Glencoe Crimson Tide to 4 in the Vikings league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Forest Grove moves its record to 12-7 on the year. The Vikings host Sherwood (Sherwood, OR) to clash with the Bowmen in a 6A Pacific game on Friday, May 3. The Bowmen come into the game with a record of 18-4. Sherwood won 17-0 in their recent league game against Liberty (Hillsboro, OR)

In their next game, the Crimson Tide clash with the Liberty Falcons (Hillsboro, OR) in a 6A Pacific game, on Tuesday, May 7. Glencoe will attempt to move on its 12-10 season record. The Falcons come into the game with a 1-18 record after their 13-0 league loss to McMinnville (McMinnville, OR).
