In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Hart County Raiders softball team scored a nice 23-3 win over the Metcalfe County Hornets.

Coming up next, the Raiders encounter the Allen County-Scottsville Patriots (Scottsville, KY) in a non-league outing, on Monday, May 6. Hart County will attempt to upgrade on its 12-14 season record. The Patriots enter the outing with a 12-13 record after their 13-7 non-league loss to Butler County (Morgantown, KY).

The Hornets (6-16) will now prepare for their outing against Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY). The Panthers enter the District 16 outing with a 16-10 record.
