KIPP King Lions (San Lorenzo, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Skyline Titans (Oakland, CA), 19-3 in a league challenge.

The Lions now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to DCP Alum Rock for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 8. KIPP King will face a Lobos squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Oakland (Oakland, CA). The Lobos record now stands at 7-15.

With the loss, Skyline falls to 0-8 on the campaign.
