Milford Eagles (Milford, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Little Miami Panthers (Morrow, OH), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 16-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Loveland for a Eastern Cincinnati Conference challenge on Friday, May 3.

With the loss, Little Miami falls to 11-11 on the campaign. The Panthers host Walnut Hills (Cincinnati, OH) to face the Eagles in a Eastern Cincinnati Conference challenge on Friday, May 3. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 6-18. Walnut Hills lost 9-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Mercy McAuley (Cincinnati, OH)
