The crowd at Thursday's league match between the Northwest Indians (Canal Fulton, OH) and the host Orrville Red Riders (Orrville, OH), saw Northwest's softball squad achieve victory over Orrville by a count of 21-0.

The Indians now sport a 9-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Manchester for a Principals Athletic match on Friday, May 3. Northwest will face a Panthers squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Dalton (Dalton, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 16-5.

With the loss, Orrville falls to 0-12 on the campaign. The Red riders travel to Canton South (Canton, OH) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, May 3. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 7-5. Canton South lost 10-0 in their recent non-league match against Manchester (Akron, OH)
