The Passaic County Tech Bulldogs routed the visiting Pompton Lakes Cardinals softball squad by a final score of 10-0 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Bulldogs (13-6) will now prepare for their battle against Bergen Tech (Hackensack, NJ). The Knights go into the Big North - Liberty battle with a 12-5 record. In their last battle, Bergen Tech notched a victory over Emerson (Emerson, NJ), 11-8, in a non-league battle.

The Cardinals now possess a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology for a NJIC - Colonial battle on Friday, May 3. Pompton Lakes will confront a Lions squad coming off a 16-3 non-league win over Cresskill (Cresskill, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 10-6.
