The Blue Springs South Jaguars baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Lee's Summit West Titans to 4 in the Jaguars non-league win on Friday.
The Jaguars now own a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they host Raymore-Peculiar for a non-league test on Monday, May 5. Blue Springs South will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 13-5 non-league loss to Liberty North (Liberty, MO). The Panthers record now stands at 10-14.
With the defeat, Lee's Summit West drops to 14-12 on the year. The Titans travel to Staley (Kansas City, MO) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league test on Monday, May 5. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 24-2.
