The crowd at Friday's league battle between the La Habra Highlanders (La Habra, CA) and the host Crean Lutheran Saints (Irvine, CA), saw La Habra's baseball team gain a win over Crean Lutheran by a tally of 13-0.

The Highlanders (17-9) will now prepare for their battle against Canyon (Anaheim, CA). The Comanches enter the North Hills battle with a 18-8 record. In their last battle, Canyon defeated Brea Olinda (Brea, CA), 9-7, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Saints face the Pacifica Mariners (Garden Grove, CA) in a North Hills battle, on Monday, May 5. Crean Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 17-9 season record. The Mariners enter the battle with a 8-17 record after their 7-0 league win over Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA).
