California High School Baseball - Villa Park prevails Foothill

May 2, 2025: Santa Ana, CA 92705

The Villa Park Spartans (Villa Park, CA) baseball trounced the host Foothill Knights (Santa Ana, CA), 11-2 in Friday's league challenge.

The Spartans now own a 21-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to El Dorado for a Crestview challenge on Monday, May 5. Villa Park will clash with a Golden Hawks team coming off a 5-4 league win over El Modena (Orange, CA). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 19-7.

With the defeat, Foothill drops to 16-11 on the year. The Knights travel to Dana Hills (Dana Point, CA) to clash with the Dolphins in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 5. The Dolphins go into the challenge with a record of 11-13. Dana Hills won 5-4 in their recent non-league challenge against San Clemente (San Clemente, CA)
