The Gloversville Huskies/Dragons baseball squad (Gloversville, NY), was edged 4-3 in Friday's league contest with the host Scotia-Glenville Tartans (Scotia, NY)

With the triumph, Scotia-Glenville moves its record to 9-4 on the season. The Tartans travel to Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Burnt Hills, NY) to confront the Spartans in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 3. The Spartans come into the contest with a record of 1-12. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake lost 13-5 in their recent league contest against Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY)

The Huskies/Dragons now possess a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Glens Falls for a Section 2 Foothills contest on Monday, May 5. Gloversville will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-3 league loss to Queensbury (Queensbury, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-5.
