The Granger Lions baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Harper Longhorns to 6 in the Lions non-league win on Friday.
The Lions now own a 11-12 record. They take the field next when they host Harper for a non-league test on Saturday, May 3. Granger will clash with a Longhorns team coming off a 10-3 league loss to Johnson City (Johnson City, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 15-8.
