The Northeast Metro RVT Knights (Wakefield, MA) baseball trounced the visiting Revere Patriots (Revere, MA), 17-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Knights now own a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they host Notre Dame Cristo Rey for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 6. Northeast Metro RVT will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 21-9 non-league loss to Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-6.

With the defeat, Revere drops to 3-6 on the year. The Patriots host Medford (Medford, MA) to clash with the Mustangs in a Greater Boston challenge on Monday, May 5. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 6-5. Medford lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA)
