In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Stigler Panthers baseball team scored a close 6-0 victory over the Perkins-Tryon Demons.
The Panthers (22-6) will now prepare for their game against Inola (Inola, OK). The Longhorns enter the non-league game with a 17-8 record. In their last game, Inola held off Eufaula (Eufaula, OK), 14-3, in a non-league game.
Next, the Demons face the Eufaula Ironheads (Eufaula, OK) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 3. Perkins-Tryon will attempt to improve on its 12-16 season record. The Ironheads enter the game with a 6-20 record after their 14-3 non-league loss to Inola (Inola, OK).
