In Friday's league contest, the visiting Waynflete Flyers baseball squad scored a good 12-1 triumph over the Traip Rangers.
With the triumph, Waynflete moves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Flyers host Sacopee Valley (Cornish, ME) to confront the Hawks in a Class C South contest on Wednesday, May 7. The Hawks come into the contest with a record of 1-3.
The Rangers now possess a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sacopee Valley for a Class C South contest on Monday, May 5. Traip will confront a Hawks squad coming off a 7-4 league loss to Lisbon (Lisbon Falls, ME). The Hawks record now stands at 1-3.
