The West Bend West Spartans baseball team scored 2 runs and held the host Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes to 0 in the Spartans league win on Friday.
The Spartans now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nicolet for a North Shore test on Monday, May 5. West Bend West will clash with a Knights team coming off a 7-1 league loss to Homestead (Mequon, WI). The Knights record now stands at 3-11.
With the defeat, Whitefish Bay drops to 10-1 on the year. The Blue dukes host Hartford (Hartford, WI) to clash with the Orioles in a North Shore test on Monday, May 5. The Orioles go into the test with a record of 10-4. Hartford won 4-3 in their recent league test against Slinger (Slinger, WI)
