The Howland Tigers volleyball squad (Warren, OH), dropped 3-1 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting McDowell Trojans (Erie, PA)

With the win, McDowell improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Trojans host Cambridge Springs (Cambridge Springs, PA) to encounter the Devils in a District X battle on Tuesday, May 6. The Devils go into the battle with a record of 7-8.

The Tigers now own a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nordonia for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 3. Howland will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Mayfield (Mayfield, OH). The Knights record now stands at 11-5.
