In Friday's league contest, the visiting Fluvanna County Flying Flucos lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-5 win over the Charlottesville Black Knights.
The Flying Flucos (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Patriots enter the Jefferson contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Albemarle nipped Orange County (Orange, VA), 15-14, in a league contest.
Next, the Black Knights meet the Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 6. Charlottesville will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 0-9 record after their 22-3 non-league loss to Clover Hill (Midlothian, VA).
