The Prout Crusaders lacrosse team (Wakefield, RI), was tipped 12-11 in Friday's league battle with the host La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI)
With the victory, La Salle Academy advances its record to 10-0 on the season. The Rams travel to Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI) to encounter the Chargers in a Division 1 battle on Tuesday, May 6. The Chargers come into the battle with a record of 2-8. Chariho lost 18-7 in their recent non-league battle against Westerly (Westerly, RI)
The Crusaders now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Greenwich for a Division 1 battle on Tuesday, May 6.
