The Mountain View Spartans lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the visiting Palo Alto Vikings to 11 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wilcox for a SCVAL challenge on Friday, May 9.

With the loss, Palo Alto falls to 6-7 on the year. The Vikings host Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA) to clash with the Chargers in a SCVAL challenge on Wednesday, May 7. The Chargers go into the challenge with a record of 0-7.
