St. Margaret's Scotties (Tappahannock, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Northumberland Indians (Heathsville, VA), 7-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, St. Margaret's advances its record to 4-8 on the campaign.
The Indians now have a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westmoreland for a Northern Neck battle on Monday, May 5. Northumberland will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Richmond High School for the Arts (Richmond, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-4.
