The Archbishop Curley Friars baseball team scored 6 runs and held the host John Carroll Patriots to 0 in the Friars non-league win on Friday.
The Friars now own a 14-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Towson for a non-league test on Monday, May 5. Archbishop Curley will play a Generals team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Gilman (Baltimore, MD). The Generals record now stands at 11-7.
With the defeat, John Carroll drops to 8-9 on the year. The Patriots travel to Mount St. Joseph (Baltimore, MD) to play the Gaels in a non-league test on Monday, May 5. The Gaels go into the test with a record of 12-7. Mount St. Joseph lost 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD)
