The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Monroe Vikings (North Hills, CA) and the visiting Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA), saw Monroe's baseball team gain a win over Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences by a tally of 11-2.

The Vikings (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA). The Wolves enter the battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Van Nuys prevailed over Grant (Van Nuys, CA), 22-14, in a league battle.

Next, the Vipers face the Fairfax Lions (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 3. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record.
