In Friday's league contest, the visiting Canyon View Falcons lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 triumph over the Desert Hills Thunder.

The Falcons (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against Dixie (St. George, UT). The Flyers go into the 4A Region 9 contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Dixie held off Pine View (St. George, UT), 18-3, in a league contest.
